In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bp77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bp77 platform, its operators, and associated entities responsible for providing the gaming and betting services described herein.
• "Platform" refers to the bp77 website accessible at https://bp77.io, including all subpages, services, tools, game content, betting markets, and account management features offered through that domain.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the bp77 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the bp77 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by bp77 before processing withdrawal requests, during which Players must submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the base currency for all transactions on the bp77 Platform.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform timestamps, promotional deadlines, and support operating hours.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bp77. By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration or promotion opt-in, or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Your continued use of the bp77 Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bp77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-platform notification, but this does not absolve Players of the obligation to stay informed.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or conditions published in relation to individual games, betting markets, promotions, or payment methods. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that specific product, service, or promotion only.

Access to and use of the bp77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bp77 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above.
• Residency: The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is accessible to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who have been placed under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or account suspension, whether voluntarily applied by you through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or applied by bp77 as a protective measure.

bp77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a Player cannot satisfactorily verify their age or identity, bp77 reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any winnings accrued during the period of unverified status.

To access the full range of bp77 Services, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. bp77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
• Registration information required: Standard registration information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. bp77 reserves the right to request additional information as part of the KYC process.
• Account currency: All bp77 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No multi-currency account functionality is offered at this time.
• Account transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

bp77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bp77 Login username and password. The following security obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must not share your bp77 Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual — including family members, friends, or colleagues — to access your Account or place bets or wagers on your behalf.
• You must select a strong, unique password for your bp77 Account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify bp77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You must ensure that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks.

bp77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

bp77 is not liable for any financial loss or other damage resulting from unauthorised Account access where that access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials, your device, or your network connection.

bp77 accepts deposits from registered Players via the following payment methods, subject to the conditions set out in this section:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.
• bp77 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name.
• Deposits funded by credit taken from financial institutions must not be used for gambling, in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines. bp77 strongly discourages the use of borrowed funds for gambling purposes.
• bp77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In cases of technical delay, Players should retain their transaction reference number and contact support at [email protected] if a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your bp77 Account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit (same-source policy). bp77 reserves the right to request additional verification in cases where the original deposit method is unavailable.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player's Account must have completed KYC verification. KYC documents required include a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 1–4 hours during BST business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM BST, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds resulting from deposits and completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• bp77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction. This may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any additional documentation requirements.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where bp77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

bp77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified bp77 Account, unless a specific promotion states that it is available prior to full verification.
• Each promotion will specify its own Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with another active offer.
• Bonuses carry expiry dates. Any bonus not utilised, or Wagering Requirements not met, by the stated expiry date will result in the automatic forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
• bp77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse of the promotional system is suspected.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonuses — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, use of automated tools, or coordinated exploitation — will have their bonus revoked, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended or permanently closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the bp77 Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selection — including stake amount, odds, and market selection — before confirming any bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, event, competition, or game type.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest odds pricing error, bp77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. bp77 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings in such circumstances.
• For cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh international fixtures — specific settlement rules apply based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC). bp77 follows the official result for all settlement purposes.
• Live betting markets are suspended automatically during certain in-play events (e.g., wickets, timeouts, video review). bp77 is not responsible for any bets that could not be placed during such suspension periods.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by each respective game provider. bp77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and may result in legal action:

• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Creating more than one Player Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform outside of its normal user interface.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that seeks to influence the outcome of a sporting event for betting advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported immediately to [email protected] and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Using the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other means to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through coordinated group exploitation or arbitrage strategies.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, data, or user accounts.

bp77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We provide the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable time-played alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period expires (or at all, in the case of permanent exclusion).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and betting activity. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the Platform without bp77's prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the limited licence granted herein and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp77 excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss arising from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any Services.
• Loss arising from technical faults, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or device incompatibility.
• Loss arising from delayed, failed, or misdirected payment transactions, where the failure is attributable to your payment provider rather than to bp77.
• Loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your bp77 Login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bp77's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Where bp77 is found liable for any direct loss or damage, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
• Changes to the Services, payment methods, or Platform functionality.
• Corrections of typographical errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms.
• Improvements to the clarity, structure, or readability of the Terms.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Player rights or obligations — bp77 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via the email address associated with their Account, or via an on-platform notification, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

For non-material amendments (such as formatting changes, minor clarifications, or corrections of typographical errors), the updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bp77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction, and Players access the Platform at their own risk and on their own initiative.

Nothing in this section limits your rights to take legal action in a competent court of jurisdiction where such rights cannot be contractually restricted under applicable law.
